When you submit a sourcing request, we collect the company or buyer name, contact details, destination market, requested vehicle, quantity, timeline, trade term, and message. We also process limited technical data such as IP-derived country, selected language, browser type, and submission time.
当您提交采购需求时，我们会收集公司或采购方名称、联系方式、目的市场、目标车型、数量、采购周期、贸易条款和留言，并处理由 IP 推断的国家、所选语言、浏览器类型及提交时间等必要技术信息。
We use this information to assess sourcing feasibility, prepare quotations, prevent spam, communicate about the inquiry, and improve the website. Country detection is used only to select a practical default language and is not precise GPS location.
这些信息用于评估采购可行性、准备报价、识别垃圾提交、联系询盘客户和改进网站。国家识别仅用于匹配默认语言，不属于精确 GPS 定位。
Inquiry data is stored in YIMING AUTO's sales workspace and retained only as long as reasonably needed for business records and follow-up. We do not sell inquiry data. Data may be shared with service providers or transaction partners only when necessary to respond to a request, arrange inspection, logistics, customs, or compliance work.
询盘数据保存在一名汽车的销售工作站中，仅在业务记录和跟进所需期限内保留。我们不会出售询盘数据；仅在响应需求、安排检测、物流、报关或合规工作确有必要时，与相关服务方或交易协作方共享。
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry data by emailing admin@exiangche.com. Manual language selection overrides automatic country-based selection on the same browser.
